My Pathway: Home > Our people
The activities of Pathways are governed by a board of 9 trustees who shape the future direction of our work. The board, when it was that of the Ealing and Brentford Consolidated Charity until 2011, consisted of local residents. We now have almshouses throughout London, and have recruited 8 new trustees since November 2013, giving a board more representative of our current geographic spread.
Stephen joined the board in September 2013. Stephen is a senior housing manager with extensive experience delivering property and housing management services across different tenures. Stephen has held a variety of senior management positions since 1999 and is currently Chief Executive of Portsmouth Rotary Housing Association.
Alice joined the board as an ex officio member representing the vicar of St John’s Church, Mattock Lane W13 in 2014. The parish of St Johns with St James is currently in an interregnum, awaiting a new vicar, over this period Alice remains on the board as a co-opted member. Alice retired in 2014 but remains a registered Occupational Therapist. Over her paid working years Alice worked as a clinician and manager in the NHS and in Canada, specialising in services for Older People. Her last full time job was as a Lecturer in Occupational Therapy, Health and Social Care at Brunel University. Alice is an active member of St Johns Church. She is Chair of the Grants Committee.
