Can I apply for more than one year?
Yes, the grant may be spread over one, two or three years. Where it can be justified, a grant may be spread over a longer period. We support and encourage long-term strategies for dealing with poverty. Therefore, organisations that have already received funding from us may re-apply for financial support if the effectiveness of their project can be demonstrated and continues to meet our criteria and priorities.
Organisations applying for funding across a period of three years must identify how the work will be sustained (if appropriate) when our grant funding comes to an end.
We cannot guarantee funding for any project and therefore applicants are advised to also apply to other sources of funding.
How are grants monitored?
The Trustees will ask for evidence that the grant has been spent for the purpose for which it was given. The form that this takes will be decided on an individual basis and stated as part of the offer of a grant. Our findings will influence any decision of a future return for funding for the same project or any others.
Where the money comes from
Pathways Main Grants Programme is funded by the rents from commercial shops in our property at 19- 26 The Green, Ealing, London W5. Above the shops are 13 flats, which have all been sold on very long leases.
