There are several stages to being accepted into Pathways sheltered accommodation.
The first stage of the application process is to fill in an application form.
You can find a printable application form on our website. You can print this off, fill it in and send it back to us at the Trust Office:

Alternatively if you are unable to print the form you can request that we send an application pack out to you. Either fill in the application pack request form or call us on 0300 123 2203.
When your housing application has been accepted one of our Housing Officers will contact you to arrange a home visit to discuss your circumstances and housing needs.
Before a final decision is made as to whether you will be offered accommodation, you must attend a panel interview with two members of our Board of Trustees.
At this stage, a final decision is made as to whether or not you will be offered a place in one of our homes.

To apply for housing, print off and complete the application form, returning it to the Trust Office.
